The New Fellowship Baptist Church will hold a benefit Saturday, January 13, for Dessie Turner. There will be a singing, cake sale and chicken stew at the church located at 19121 Sandlin Road in Elkmont. Activities will begin at 5 p.m.

All proceeds will go to Dessie Turner to help pay medical expenses of her late husband, David Turner.
