Tucker Runner-Up For
Achievement Award

Winners of the American Farm Bureau Federation's Young Farmer and Rancher Achievement Award were announced during the organization's 87th Annual Meeting, held at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville last week.

commitment to promoting the agricultural industry.

Tucker was named as one of four runners-up in the Achievement Award contest, besting other contestants from across the nation. He received a case IH DX compact tractor, courtesy of Case IH.

The Achievement Award recognizes young farmers and ranchers who have excelled in their farming or ranching operations and exhibited superior leadership abilities. Participants are evaluated on a combination of their agricultural operation's growth and financial progress.

Tucker farms 2,347 acres of row crops and operates a granary business and a seven-truck fleet agricultural freight hauling business in the Prospect community of Giles County.
