Recently Wed

Ashley Nicole McClendon and Michael Heath Judge were wed at 6:00 p.m. on December 31, 2006, at the home of Mike and Tammy Adams with Rev. LeRoy R. McClendon, grandfather of the bride, officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Ronnie and Judith Gibson of Elkmont and David and Loretta McClendon of Crossville. She is the granddaughter of Rev. LeRoy and Mary McClendon of Beaverton, and Margaret A. Pressnell and the late Edward Eugene Pressnell of Athens.

The groom is the son of Jerry and Sandra Judge of Cherokee, AL. He is the grandson of the late Hugh Boyd and Louise Judge of Scottsboro and the late William and Pauline Wann of Scottsboro.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. Matron of honor was Amber Flannagan. Bridal attendants were Amanda Cagle, Rachel Rohde, Cassie Motter and Autumn Adams. Flower girls were Marenna and Makalyn Cowley. Ring bearers were Gaven Flannagan, Kaiden Flannagan and Hunter Judge.

Patrick Judge served as best man. Groomsmen were Bryan McClendon, Adam Hodges, David Parkins and Jonathan Corum. Ushers were Zack McClendon and Justin Durant. Music was provided by David Kobeck and soloist was Amanda Cagle.

A reception followed the ceremony. A rehearsal dinner was given by Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Judge at Pauli’s in Madison. After a wedding trip to St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, the couple will reside in Guntersville, AL.
