Bulldogs To Begin Spring Practice

The Blanche Bulldogs football team will begin their Spring practice Tuesday, February 20, according to Head Coach Scott Woodfin.
“We will be returning only a few players, but we have a good bunch of younger kids coming out,” said Woodfin. “There are 32 players coming out for Spring practice, which is a good number for us, but I’m sure we will lose several.” Woodfin added.
Woodfin stated that he has a lot of questions to answer. All positions are open at this time.
“We will know who really wants to play once our Spring practice begins. We get very physical as we try to get in shape,” said Woodfin.
The Bulldogs will practice through the first week of March. The Spring Jamboree for the middle school will be Tuesday, March 6 with the ninth grade jamboree to follow on Thursday, March 8. Twelve teams are expected to participate. Look for more details later.
