Tracy Short and Lisa Citticatt of New Kensington, PA announce the engagement of their daughter, Paula Short, to Hayden Barts, son of Jeff and Carol Barts of Toney, AL.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Harry and Marie Short and Cliff Powell and Margaret Zimmerman of Apollo, PA. The future groom is the grandson of Ralph and Caroline Barts, Lloyd and Ruth Zimmerman and the late Dean Dolby all of Huntington, IN.

Paula is a graduate of Valley High School in New Kensington, PA. She is employed by Subway.

Hayden is a graduate of Ardmore High School. He is employed by the United States Army at Fort Benning, GA, as a military policeman.

The wedding will be an event of April 7, 2007, at the Copeland Presbyterian Church.
