Rabies Vaccination Clinics Set
The Lincoln County Health Department will hold rabies vaccination clinics on Saturday, March 31. Health Department officials will be at Highland Rim School in Fayetteville on Saturday, March 31, from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. They will also be in downtown Dellrose on Saturday, March 31, from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m.


Civitans To Sponsor Easter Egg Hunt
The Ardmore Civitan Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 10:00 Saturday morning, April 7, at the Ardmore High School Cooper Field.


AHS Beauty Walk Set This Weekend
The AHS Beauty Walk, sponsored by the Ardmore Tiger Band Boosters, will be held this weekend March 30-31 in the AHS gymnasium.

The Ardmore Renaissance Faire is hosting a free costume-making workshop on Saturday, April 7th from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Ardmore Tennessee Annex Building (behind the library and City Hall on Main Street).

Alabama Veterans Museum To Celebrate “Women And The Military” Saturday
The Alabama Veterans Museum & Archives in Athens will celebrate “Women & the Military” Saturday, March 31, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.. The event, held each year on the last Saturday of March, is designed to educate and enlighten the public on the roles played by women, both in the military and in support from the home front.


National Boys & Girls Club Week Is Celebrated
Every day after school kids from across our community have a safe place to go and grow-the Boys & Girls Club of Ardmore. Known as “The Positive Place for Kids,” the Club provides guidance-oriented character development programs on a daily basis for children 6-18 years old, conducted by a full-time professional staff. Key Boys & Girls Club programs emphasize leadership development, education and career exploration, health and life skills, the arts, sports, fitness and recreation, and family outreach.


Tigers Kept Busy During Spring Break
If a member of the Ardmore High School varsity baseball team was asked to write an essay on “How I Spent My Spring Break” the answer would be easy. The Tiger would say, “I spent my spring break playing baseball.”
