5th Annual Blanche
Athletic Auction April 7
The Athletic Department at Blanche School is preparing for the 5th Annual Blanche Athletic Program Benefit Auction. The auction will be held Saturday, April 7 in the Blanche School gym.
This year’s auction is a special one, with many great items up for bid. A variety of items including Alabama, Tennessee and Blanche theme quilts, homemade cakes and pies and much more will be offered to the highest bidder.
Proceeds from the auction will go toward purchasing equipment and supplies for student athletes at Blanche School.
“Participation in athletics and other activities raises morale and helps to build life skills,” said Bulldog Head Football Coach Scott Woodfin. “We set high standards for our student athletes on the field of play and in the classroom. I would personally like to thank everyone who has participated in supporting our athletic programs at Blanche. We couldn’t take the field without your help.”
The bidding for items in the silent auction begins at 5 p.m. as well as viewing of other auction items. The auction will begin at 6 p.m. Bidders must be 18 years or older to register. Fowler Auction and Real Estate will conduct the auction. A concession stand will be open.
