This year is marching on fast. April begins Sunday. It’s amazing how fast a month goes when we have such nice weather. All the blooming flowers, bushes, and trees have been pretty. Hope the increased pollen hasn’t bothered you much, it will soon be over.

I’ve heard lots have really gotten their gardens going, however, they are still waiting on rain. Some weather folks say we may be in for the driest year in 50 years. Sure hope they are wrong on that prediction.

My gardener and son, Robert Lee Ferguson, has been in the hospital again with his toe infection. This time they removed about half of his little toe, which the surgeon believes will solve his infection problem. He is home and doing well.
