Jefferson Blake Haley, son of Jeff and Wanda Jo Haley of Athens, will celebrate his third birthday April 14 with a McDonald’s party. Grandparents are Joe and Wanda Savage of Athens and Jim and Dottie Onkst of Ardmore. He has one brother, Joe Haley, who is eight years old.
