First American Bank will be celebrating 11 years of service in Ardmore with Customer Appreciation Day Friday, April 20. The celebration will be held at the bank located at 30010 Ardmore Avenue and will feature great food, grilled by bank employees and served in a friendly, cordial atmosphere. Food will be served from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

According to bank officials, the menu will include hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, cookies and drinks. Prizes will also be given away in several drawings. The winners do not have to be present to win.

“The Customer Appreciation Day is our way of expressing our gratitude to our customers and the local community,” said Gay Lewter, vice-president/branch manager at First American. “Our customers are the reason for our success and we want to let them know how much we appreciate their support and patronage.”

During the Customer Appreciation Day, the bank is also sponsoring a Silent Auction. Proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society. Bidding on Silent Auction items will close at 5:00 p.m.
