Ardmore High School Seniors Lauren Atchley and Catherine Taylor and their parents were recently honored at a tea at Athens State University.

Lauren and Catherine were selected as the outstanding senior girls of their class by the Delta Kappa Gamma Society and presented with medallions.

Lauren is the daughter of Steve and LeAnne Atchley. She is a member of the Beta Club, FCA, volleyball team, soccer team, basketball team, and is a Chamber of Commerce Youth Ambassador. Lauren plans to attend Martin Methodist College upon graduation.

Catherine Taylor is the daughter of Tim and Cathy Smith. She is a member of the Beta Club, FCA, First National Bank Advisory Board, Chamber of Commerce Youth Ambassador, and a varsity cheerleader. Catherine plans to attend the University of Alabama upon graduation.
