Civitan Vidalia Onion Sale Set

The Ardmore Civitan Club will have their annual Vidalia Onion sale this month. The anticipated date of arrival for the popular onions is Friday, May 25.

Onions will be sold for $10.00 per 10-pound bag. Local citizens are encouraged to participate in this annual fund-raiser for the Civitan Club.

According to a Civitan spokesman, the Vidalia Onions sold by the Civitans will be from the second harvest, which is said to be a sweeter tasting onion.
