Giles County residents will have the opportunity to attend a public meeting tomorrow, June 1, to hear discussions regarding the development of the Giles County All-Hazard Mitigation Plan.

The meeting, which will take place at noon in the City Council Room at Pulaski City Hall, will be hosted by the Giles County Office of Emergency Management.

Plans call for the creation of a special steering committee that will identify and assess all perceived hazards, establish mitigation goals and objectives and prioritize tasks that will mitigate the loss of life and property caused by identified hazards.
