Dear Editor:

Friends of the Ardmore Public Library would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone that supported and attended our Garden Tour on June 3. Our thanks to the Ardmore, AL, Mayor and staff for opening the historic Bryan House Museum and Courtyard; and to Melvin and Linda Lou Foster, Jack and Helen Mathis, Curtis and Shelia Dean, and Earl and Charlotte Greene who so graciously provided their gardens for the tour.

We wish to thank all who purchased tickets and those making monetary donations. A special thanks to Piggly Wiggly for the bottled water, A & A Flower Shop for the balloons, Janice Reece for decorating the Bryan House Museum, and for the public service announcements.

All proceeds from the tour will help promote a better library for the Ardmore, AL/TN area. Without the help of each friend of the library our Garden Tour would not have been so successful. Thanks to everyone!
