The calendar is marked June 21, as when summer begins. We are having some of the prettiest days of sunshine. However some have been hot and humid.

Radishes and onions have been the main garden harvest with some English peas and a bucket of fresh potatoes.

Descendants of Orman and Cassie Ferguson are invited to the 2006 Ferguson Get-Together Saturday, June 24, 2006 from 11 a.m. until. A covered dish lunch will be served at 12:00 noon at First National Bank Community Room, 26591 E. Main Street in Ardmore, TN. (The Community room is the building directly behind the bank). Please supply an ample amount of food (meats, vegetables, desserts, breads, and drinks) for your family to share in the covered dish lunch. Plates, forks, cups, ice, napkins, chairs, and tables will be provided. Please bring, email, or mail an updated list of names and dates of: Births, Marriages, and deaths in your family, to assist in maintaining our family history Also, bring new or old family pictures to share with those attending.
