The Ardmore, AL./TN Civitan wish to express our deepest appreciation to the Dollar General Store (Main Street and Union Hill Road) for the Toy Sale celebration on Saturday, September 2.

Because of the hard work performed by Manager Vicki Taylor and her staff, several hundreds of dollars of merchandise were given to our Christmas Toy Chest. Toys were also available for customers to purchase at reduced prices for donations to the Toy Chest.

We also have to give a warm and hearty “thank you” to members of the Ardmore Police Department who braved the Dunking Booth. David Posey, Tracy Luna, and Jereme Robison found out there are some good pitching arms in Ardmore.

Thanks to all of you who came by and participated on this day. Your help allows us to meet our commitment of helping the less fortunate children of our community.
