Rachel I. Kolle Rachel I. Kolle, 78, of Thornton-Taylor Parkway, Fayetteville, TN, died Friday, October 13, 2006, at SunBridge Care & Rehabilitation Center, Fayetteville, TN. Funeral services were held Sunday, October 15, at 2 p.m. at Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Clark officiating. Burial was in the Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore with Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home in charge. Rachel Barnes was born August 3, 1928 in Ardmore, AL, to George Barnes and Olen Thornton Barnes. She had lived in this area two years after returning from Louisville, KY. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Kolle was preceded in death by husbands, James A. Whitt and Elmer Kolle; and a son, George Gary Whitt. Survivors include one son, James Barry Whitt of Pulaski, TN; step-sons, Dwight Kolle of Fayetteville, TN, and Billy Kolle of Hazel Green, AL; daughter, Gail Billings of Hazel Green, AL; sisters, Helen Hunley of Waverly, TN, and Mary Alice Graham of Marietta, GA; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. David Warren Widner David Warren Widner, 47, of Athens, AL, died Sunday, October 15, 2006, at Athens-Limestone Hospital. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 18, at 2 p.m. at Friendship United Methodist Church with Calvin Havens and Daryl Brooks officiating. Burial will be in the Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore with McConnell Funeral Home of Athens in charge. David Warren Widner was born June 10, 1959 in Carthage, TN, to James William Widner and Louise Lackey Widner. He was a 1977 graduate of Ardmore High School and a member of Friendship United Methodist Church in Athens. He worked as a drywall finisher in Limestone and Madison Counties. Survivors include his wife, Jill Holland Widner of Athens, AL; daughters, Angela LeAnn Wilson of Toney, AL, and Amy Lynn Tucker of Cocoa Beach, FL; stepson, Dale McCoy Greer of Athens, AL; granddaughter, Autumn Rayne Tucker of Cocoa Beach, FL; mother, Louise Widner Hargrove of Ardmore, TN; sister, Cathy Hargrove of Elkmont, AL; brothers, Ray Widner and Rickey Widner both of Elkmont, AL, and Jamie Widner of Hendersonville, KY; and several nieces and nephews. Jimmy Wayne Miller Jimmy Wayne Miller, 63, of Spur Drive, Toney, AL, died Friday, October 13, 2006, at his residence. Funeral services were held Monday, October 16, at 11 a.m. at Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charles Marable officiating. Burial was in the Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore with Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home in charge. Jimmy Wayne Miller was born July 21, 1943, to George L. Miller and Bessie Reed Miller in Biloxi, MS. He lived in this area most of his life and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Janice Miller of Toney, AL; son, Jerry Miller of Blanche, TN; daughter, Tammy Vickers of Taft, TN; step-children, Jaclee Keel of Toney, AL and Adam Puckett of Elkmont, AL; brothers, Son Miller of Birmingham, AL, and Ralph Miller of Cherokee, AL; sister, Barbara Fowler of Hammond, IN; several nieces and nephews; four grandchildren and three step-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Cody Vickers, Billy Miller, Jeremy Miller, Chris Vickers, Kegan Puckett and Tyler Puckett. Richard Stanley Mullins Richard Stanley Mullins, 54, of Apartment Circle Drive, Cullman, AL, died Thursday, October 12, 2006, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. Memorial services were held Tuesday, October 17, at 1 .m. at Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lillian Edelman officiating. Richard Stanley Mullins was born August 8, 1952 to Richard Stanley Mullins Sr. and Sarah Frances Shaw Mullins in Huntsville, AL. He worked for the Social Security Administration for many years and was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include daughters, Angela M. Hively of Plainfield, IL, and Ginger DeGarcia of Charlotte, NC; a brother, Terry Mullins of Toney, AL; two nephews and one niece; and seven grandchildren. |
