Student Advisory Board

First National Bank in keeping with the idea that “What is good for the community is good for business,” is proud to announce their Student Advisory Board for 2006-2007.  These exceptional students are definitely “good” for our communities and they are selected by their respective faculties for this board based on community participation, scholastic averages and leadership qualities.  Primarily and educational program, advisory board students learn about different phases of banking and the role First National Bank plays in the communities they serve.  Meetings provide opportunities for the students to hear from bank directors and other staff members throughout the year. Chairman of the Board, Jimmy Cox, says, “This is one of the most rewarding programs within the bank because the students in this program are the future of our community. We want to support them anyway that we can.”
