Emma-Claire Parker, daughter of Josh and Allyson Parker, celebrated her fourth birthday July 15th. Grandparents are Jimmy and Kathy Smith of Elkmont, Wesley and Nancy Parker of Decatur. Great-grandparents are Martha Smith of Elkmont and Dorthy Brock of Ardmore. She has one sister, Sera-Kate, age one.
