Lots of things are happening on our campus this week. This Wednesday is the final day for ordering school yearbooks. Also, progress reports go home with students today. The fifth grade classes went to Huntsville to see a play for their field trip on Monday.

On Monday, Mike Smith, a motivational speaker brought in by Herff-Jones company, spoke to students in grades 7 - 12. Though highly entertaining, he relayed a very important point to all who were present - that everyone must choose to make a difference!

Basketball games this so far this week were Middle school and JV teams played East Limestone, and on Thursday The varsity teams will travel to play Richland High School. Best of luck to these teams!

And now for our featured seniors…

Ruth-Anne Brown is the daughter of Larry and Julie Brown. Her hobbies are swimming, volleyball, reading, and making jewelry. Her future plans are to attend Brigham Young University and becoming a librarian. Her advice to her lower classmen is to be nice and mind your own business. She will miss spending time with her friends the most.

Chris Bryant is the son of Glenn and Donna Bryant. His hobbies are golf, driving new vehicles, spending time with friends, and going to the movies. His future plans are to go to college, earn an Engineering Degree, and work at Boeing. His favorite memories at EHS are pep rallies, watching sporting events, and his Junior and Senior prom. His advice to his lower classmen is always do your work and never become a teacher’s pet. He will miss his friends and family the most.
