Santa Claus will be at the Dollar General Market in Ardmore Friday, November 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All children are invited to visit with Santa and have their picture made with him at no charge.

The annual Ardmore Christmas Parade will be Saturday, December 2, at 3 p.m. Parade participants will line up at 1:30 p.m. at Clayton Homes in Ardmore. Prizes will be awarded in several categories. For more information, contact the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce office 256/423-7588.

The NEACA 2006 Annual Christmas Craft Show will be December 1, 2 and 3 at the Von Braun Center South Hall, 700 Monroe Street, Huntsville. Hours are Friday and Saturday 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and Sunday 12 noon-5 p.m. Admission is free. Over 150 craftsmen are expected to participate. The Christmas show will benefit the Salvation Army Soup Kitchen, Hospice Family Care, and the Thomas W. Davidson Senior Center.
