Local Chamber Of Commerce Sponsors Ambassador Youth Leadership Program
The Ardmore, AL/TN Chamber of Commerce has an “Ambassador Youth Leadership Program” which started about 10 years ago. There are 12 senior students participating at this time from Ardmore High School. The program started in September and ends April 26, 2007. Although already in progress, students can still apply at the Chamber of Commerce.
Children's Christmas Musical At Macedonia
The congregation of the Macedonia Baptist Church extends an invitation to everyone to attend the Children’s Christmas Musical on Sunday evening, December 10. The program will begin at 5 p.m. at the church located at the corner of Stateline and Macedonia Roads in Ardmore.
Candlelight Service Is Thursday Evening
Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home will host the he annual Candlelight Service of Remembrance Thursday, December 7, at 7 p.m. at Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home. Mable Hill Baptist Presents 7th Annual Bethlehem Walk
The congregation Mable Hill Baptist Church will host their 7th Annual Bethlehem Walk again this weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, December 8, 9 and 10, from 6:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. nightly. The church is located on Ready Section Road in Ardmore.

Some of the area schools are participating in the Box Tops For Education program to earn money for their schools.
Tiger B-Team Wins A Pair Of Games
Madison County and Tanner are the two latest victims of the Ardmore B-team. Last Friday Ardmore defeated Tanner 43-42 while on Tuesday they stopped visiting Madison County 56-26.
Tiger Middle School Boys Win Thriller
After winning in overtime 47-42 at Elkton last Monday, the Ardmore Middle School boys fell to the visiting Tanner Rattlers 50-37 last Thursday.

Lady Tigers Get Region Win, Then Lose To Tanner
The Ardmore Lady Tigers opened their race for post season honors by defeating the visiting Madison County Tigers 51-21 last Tuesday before the Lady Rattlers at Tanner stopped Ardmore 72-48 last Friday.

Junior Lady Tigers Win One, Lose One
The Tanner Junior Lady Rattlers and the Ardmore Junior Lady Tigers each won a game last week. Tanner defeated Ardmore 30-21 last Thursday. Last Monday Ardmore stopped Elkton 42-6.
Sutton Leads Lady RedHawks To Victory
Lorraine Sutton scored 21 points and had seven steals to lead the Lady RedHawks at Martin Methodist College to a 74-57 win over Spalding University in the Curry Christian Life Center.

Tigers Fall To Tanner, Drop Region Games
It was a cold night inside and outside the gym at Tanner High School Friday as visiting Ardmore dropped a 72-48 decision. Earlier in the week the Madison County won the battle of the Tigers taking a 51-48 decision.
