Brea Elizabeth Lane Smith and Curtis Michael Cothren are engaged. They will be married on April 14, 2007.

Brea is the daughter of David and Jill Smith of Taft, TN, and Amanda and Jamie Power of Elkmont, AL.

Michael is the son of Roger and Teresa Cothren of Ardmore, TN.

Brea has an Associates Degree pf Applied Science in Dental Assisting from Calhoun Community College. She is the assistant of Dr. Deborah Bishop, who specializes in Microscopic Endodontics in Huntsville, AL.

Michael is a partner in M & R Construction and is the youth minister at Parks City Baptist Church.
