Everyone is invited to attend the annual Police Memorial Day ceremony to be held Wednesday, May 14, at 10 a.m. The ceremony, which pays tribute to police officers, both active and retired, as well as those who have fallen in the line of duty, will be held upstairs at the Ardmore Police Department.

Guest speaker for the ceremony will be Judge Bobby Sands of Columbia. Judge Sands is formerly of Giles County.

Following the ceremony, lunch will be served by the Ladies Auxiliary for the officers who attend the program.
